The global world is focused on a re-think and we at MKA understand that the entire education ecosystem should be able to articulate a child’s needs and feel supported during this time of a Health Pandemic that has closed our school gates but NOT closed our systems for teaching and learning and supporting the health and wellbeing of our students, staff and their families. This page shares what we are doing to ensure your child has continuous education until schools can get back to running a full time programme at school
(A) SECURE REMOTE TEACHING & LEARNING All teachers are using Internet services from MKA premises to deliver a full-time curriculum for students who are able to access this type of learning.
This approach combines synchronous and asynchronous learning styles, using a range of apps including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classrooms.
(D) FACE TO FACE TEACHING & LEARNING. Back to School on site, will only be triggered by the lifting of School Lockdown by the Government of Ghana. We will be delivering a hybrid model of teaching and learning, where children will come into school in small groups for certain days and access learning online at other parts of the week. MKA will ensure that the school premises are equipped to promote health and safety to mitigate risks against infection of Covid-19. See Back to School Guidance for the MKA Community.
